About Us

Nevada Partners, Inc. is a community-based, nonprofit agency in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Our mission is to empower job seekers in Southern Nevada by providing employment, vocational, and educational training that will successfully prepare them for today's workforce and a better quality of life. By collaborating with private employers, community and faith-based groups, and public agencies, we are able to connect youth, adults, and dislocated workers with the support they need to thrive.

We offer the following programs:

Adult and Dislocated Worker Services: Nevada Partners helps individuals get training and jobs that allow them to be economically self-sufficient, use their talents and skills, and advance in their careers. We also help employers find competent and qualified workers. Best of all, there is no fee to employers, trainers, or employee candidates.

Positive Youth Impact: Nevada Partners aims to build a community network that supports all local youth in making healthy choices; succeeding in school; reconnecting to education and work, if they are at risk or out of school; and building education and career paths that lead to lifelong success.

Build Nevada Construction Pre-Apprenticeship Program: This intensive 15-week course is designed to prepare local unemployed and underemployed youth and adults to succeed in apprenticeships and construction employment.

Housing Division: Through two programs—the Neighborhood Stabilization Program Homebuyers Assistance Program and the Culinary and Bartenders Housing Partnership—Nevada Partners offers homebuyer education, one-on-one counseling, and down payment assistance.

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance: Nevada Partners provides year-round free tax return preparation and e-filing, delivered by IRS-certified volunteers, aimed at increasing the number of eligible Clark County residents claiming and receiving the federal Earned Income Tax Credit.
